PRICES

In case of delays, backorders, or out-of-stock items, we strive to inform you as quickly as possible and explain the available options - for example, issuing a refund or helping you find a similar product elsewhere.

All duties and taxes are included in the price.

PAYMENT

Bloom Cove accepts payment via major credit and debit cards (including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express), as well as trusted digital payment methods such as PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.

Payment is charged at the time of purchase to confirm and reserve your order.

DELIVERY

Bloom Cove ships worldwide.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

For pre-orders, shipping timelines may vary and are clearly stated on the product page.

Once shipped, your order should arrive within 5–10 business days. Delivery times may be longer during busy periods or during international transit.

WARRANTY / CLAIMS

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive a defective or faulty item, please contact us at support@bloom-cove.com and we will take care of it.

Depending on the situation, you may be eligible for a replacement, refund, or partial refund.

Please note that this does not cover damage caused by improper use, normal wear and tear, or accidental damage after delivery.

REFUND

For refunds, please contact us so the agreed amount can be transferred.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

As a consumer, you have a 100-day right of withdrawal when shopping with us. The withdrawal period expires 100 days after you have received the item.

This means you have 100 days from the delivery date to inform us if you wish to return your purchase.

You cannot cancel your purchase by refusing to accept the delivery without also notifying us.

If you cancel your purchase and a free gift was included with your order, the entire order must be returned.

RETURNS

Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase, we will provide you with a return label for your convenience.

The cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund. The return shipping cost may vary depending on your location and will be communicated before the return is processed.

You may also choose to return the item using your own shipping method. In this case, you bear the full cost and responsibility for the return shipment.

After receiving the return label, you have 14 days to send the item back to us.

You are responsible for packing the item securely. To speed up processing, please include a copy of your order confirmation in the package.

If you choose to return the package without our return label:

  • You bear all costs yourself
  • You are responsible for the item until we have received it. If the item is damaged or lost during transport, it is your responsibility

CONDITION OF RETURNED ITEMS

You are only liable for any reduction in the item’s value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the item’s nature, characteristics, and function. In other words, you may try the item, and it should remain in the same condition as when received.

Items showing excessive wear or damage beyond what is described above will be considered used. In such cases, you may only receive a partial or no refund depending on the item’s commercial value at the time of return. To receive a full refund, items must be tried normally within the 100-day period.

REFUND PROCESS

If you cancel your purchase, you will receive a refund of the amount paid.

Any reduction in value for which you are responsible, as well as any applicable return shipping costs (if a return label has been provided), will be deducted from the refund.

All payments will be refunded without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date we receive the returned item.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless you have explicitly agreed otherwise.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned item.

Pre-Orders

Pre-orders may have longer processing and delivery times compared to in-stock items. Estimated shipping dates are provided on the product page at the time of purchase.

Payment will be charged at the time of purchase to secure your reservation. This ensures your item is reserved for the next restock and will be shipped as soon as it becomes available.

You can cancel your pre-order at any time before shipment, by sending an email to support@bloom-cove.com

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong.

Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
