Refund policy

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

We offer a 100-day return policy. This means you have 100 days from the date of delivery to notify us if you wish to return your purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@bloom-cove.com.

Please note that you cannot cancel your purchase by refusing delivery without notifying us.

RETURNS

Once your return request has been approved, we will provide you with a return label for your convenience.

The cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund. The return shipping cost may vary depending on your location and will be communicated before the return is processed.

You may also choose to return the item using your own shipping method. In this case, you bear the full cost and responsibility for the return shipment.

After receiving the return label, you have 14 days to send the item back to us.

Please ensure the item is securely packaged. To help us process your return faster, we recommend including your order confirmation in the package.


If you choose to return the package without using our return label:
- You will bear all return shipping costs 
- You are responsible for the item until it has been received by us
- If the item is lost or damaged during return shipping, it is your responsibility



CONDITION OF THE ITEM WHEN RETURNED

You may try the product as you would in a physical store. However, the item must be returned in its original condition.

If the item shows signs of excessive use, damage, or handling beyond what is necessary, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund or no refund depending on the condition of the returned item.

REFUND

Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

We aim to process refunds within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

We may withhold the refund until the item has been received and inspected.

If the item has decreased in value due to use beyond what is necessary, a corresponding deduction may be applied.

Any applicable return shipping costs (if a return label has been provided) will be deducted from your refund.

 

Pre-orders

You can cancel your pre-order at any time before dispatch for a full refund.
